**Overview**
The Media Account Supervisor is the day-to-day focal point for the operations of a media account. This role works with Client Service, Media, Search, Social, Creative, and other disciplines to support the vision and strategy and then oversees the total execution of a media program from strategy through reporting and all the financial and business operations requirements to activate media for a client. This person plays a role on strategy development and focused on how this strategy translates to an operational plan to deliver the full life-cycle of the campaign. This role continually evaluates and improves upon media processes and opportunities and is a partner to the Client Service and Project Management functions to support internal and client facing discussions.
**Responsibilities**
**What you’ll do:**
+ Oversee the coordination and execution of media, creative, ad ops and data to deliver complex, large-scale media campaigns.
+ Exhibit strong brand and direct response expertise.
+ Lead the execution of media plans; provide analysis when necessary; help interpret campaign results and analysis.
+ Ultimate responsibility for delivering the highest quality, flawlessly executed campaigns
+ Support media strategy development and associated measurement and ad ops plans.
+ Translate a deep understanding of the client business and pushes the team to deliver against key business needs.
+ Serves as primary day-to-day client contact for operational elements of a campaigns
**Qualifications**
**What we’re looking for:**
+ 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in digital media, project management, account management or digital media strategy
+ General understanding of media and terminology. Understand different funnel tactics and what platform objectives/KPIs are leveraged to make an impact on client business (CPM, CTR, CPA, etc).
+ Strong collaboration and organizational skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong Excel skills.
+ Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
+ Self-starter who is comfortable with being flexible in an ever-changing environment

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
