**Overview**
As an Account Manager specializing in offline media at our media agency, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their offline media accounts, and ensuring the effective execution of campaigns. Your role will focus on crafting and implementing media strategies that deliver exceptional results across traditional media platforms, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising. You will work closely with both internal teams and external media partners to create media plans tailored to client objectives, ensuring a seamless campaign experience from start to finish.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with campaign performance.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and design customized offline media strategies that maximize reach and deliver measurable results.
+ Oversee the end-to-end execution of offline media campaigns, including planning, negotiation, media buying, and post-campaign reporting.
+ Develop strong relationships with media vendors, negotiate the best rates, and secure timely media placements that align with client budgets and campaign goals.
+ Monitor campaign performance across offline channels and provide recommendations for optimization, ensuring the campaigns meet or exceed client expectations.
+ Provide clients with regular updates and detailed performance reports, using data insights to suggest adjustments for continuous improvement.
+ Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and digital) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively across all touchpoints.
+ Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-impact media placements.
+ Stay up to date with trends in offline media, industry shifts, and emerging advertising technologies to recommend innovative strategies for clients.
+ Proactively address any challenges or issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle, ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded.
**Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a media agency or related field, with a strong focus on offline media channels such as TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
+ Solid understanding of offline media buying and planning, with a proven ability to craft strategic media solutions for clients across various traditional channels.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and maintain strong relationships with clients and media partners.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
+ Ability to analyze offline media data, interpret performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns.
+ A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex media plans with accuracy and efficiency.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with media planning and buying tools is a plus.
+ Ability to think strategically and offer innovative media solutions that drive measurable results for clients.
+ A proactive mindset, able to anticipate challenges and find solutions that exceed client expectations.
+ A deep passion for the offline media industry and a keen interest in staying informed about the latest developments and trends.
+ Excellent written and spoken English
