What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to deliver high quality repairs and preventative tasks ensuring equipment reliability and plant performanceDrive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with operations, planning and engineering teams to execute maintenance strategies & repairsManage and develop maintenance personnel through coaching and performance feedbackMonitor and optimize maintenance shop space, tools, and resources

What Are We Looking For

Strong leadership and team-building skills in an industrial or manufacturing environmentProven ability to develop and execute repairs to industrial equipmentEffective communication and collaboration across departments and levelsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementRed Seal Journeyman or maintenance engineering backgroundPrior supervisory experience would be an asset3-5 years’ experience in heavy industry

Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic, industrial setting where safety, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. The position requires participate in on-call rotation and may require extended hours, physical activity, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
