This role ensures the continuous flow of operations by executing precision maintenance tasks in both standard and non-standard environments. Utilizes technical expertise to diagnose issues, restore functionality, and maintain the highest standards of safety, performance, and regulatory compliance. Ideal for a technician who thrives in dynamic conditions and takes pride in supporting mission-critical aerospace operations. **What you will do:** **Assembles fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations.** **Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.** **Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.** **Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels, repairs as necessary.** **Conducts inspection of incoming assemblies/components in accordance with established procedures and technical data.** **Responsible for performing complete operation checkouts, modifications, disassembly, repairs, reassembly, test calibrations, diagnoses, and correction of problems.** **Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return.** **Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.** **Qualifications you must have:** **HS diploma with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.** **Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
