What You’ll Do

With guidance from experienced team leads, you’ll receive training to safely and confidently perform:

Basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and facility equipment

Inspections and maintenance of physical structures, refrigeration systems, and material handling equipment

Routine tasks involving electrical sensors, switches, push buttons, and associated testing tools (at automated sites)

General maintenance duties to support the reliability and safety of our operations

Welding or cutting metal parts using power tools and torches (with training and supervision)

Operating lifts and specialized equipment to inspect and maintain various systems

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with a passion for mechanical work. Ideal candidates may have:

Completion of trade school coursework or some experience in mechanical repair, facility maintenance, or refrigeration

Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions with a positive attitude

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Basic computer and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures (from cold storage at -20°F to dry storage up to 100°F)

Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends if needed

Some locations may require working at heights and comfort with higher noise levels (PPE provided).

Pay Range:$17.45 - $29.47
