You should be skilled in using powered tools, reading blueprints and schematics, and working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Strong communication, time management, and teamwork are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment. A customer-focused mindset and willingness to support all departments are also key to thriving in this position.
