As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, the ideal candidate will play a vital role in the continuous monitoring, upgrading, and troubleshooting of technical issues related to the plant’s mechanical equipment aiming to ensure uninterrupted factory operation, increased productivity through proper equipment functioning, continuous reduction of maintenance and spare parts costs.

What you will do:
Diagnose and resolute problems related to mechanical equipment at the lowest possible cost (partial budget responsibility) Plan and execute preventive and routine maintenance for all machinery Manage spare parts within the area of responsibility, in cooperation with procurement Supervise installation and proper operation of new technical equipment Record technical logs of faults and repairs, submit proposals for operational improvements and cost reduction, and continuously update the respective manager Train, guide, and supervise the technical staff of the team Ensure plant operations comply with Greek and international safety standards Maintain electronic records of production lines, create and update a library of equipment operation manuals Schedule technical staff work according to production needs Communicate with and obtain offers from suppliers/companies in cooperation with procurement
