Mechanical Insulator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 to $38.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 02:00pm)Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (elastomeric, foam, etc.) on HVAC ductwork and mechanical pipingInstall protective jacketing (metal, PVC, or aluminum casing) over insulated surfaces for protection and aesthetics.Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specificationsOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyWork independently or with a team to meet project deadlinesFollow all OSHA safety standards and company safety policiesMaintain clean and organized job sites

Mechanical Insulator Qualifications:

1–3+ years of experience in mechanical insulation or related HVAC/ductwork trades.Ability to work with various insulation types (fiberglass, Armaflex, etc.) and jacketing systems (aluminum, PVC, etc.)Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plusMust be comfortable working in all types of weather—rain, heat, or cold—year-round.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
