The Job:

SRG Global is currently looking for Mechanical Fitters to work a 7-day FIFO Shutdown in the Goldfields. This casual role will see you engaged on periodic campaign maintenance, grouped/batched maintenance programs, as well as completing both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance. This role provides daily maintenance and service of Fixed Plant Equipment

 Shutdown dates:

Main shutdown - Commences on the 11th  August to 19th August 

 Flexibility:

Day Shift Flat Rate: $62.00 Night Shift Flat Rate: $72.00 Casual Flat Rate. 12 Hour Days Night Shift/Day Shift.

The successful applicant will have:

Previous experience in a Mechanical Fitter Role. Hands-on experience servicing and maintaining heavy plant and industrial equipment Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults Experience in fitting, assembling, and aligning mechanical components Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Basic knowledge of lubricants and lubrication techniques Trade Certificate – Cert III Mechanical/Engineering Trade. Working at Heights & Confined Space (Within 2 years). Pass a pre-employment medical. Hold a current driver’s license.
