About you

Your main responsibility is to install specified Construction projects in accordance with Otis' policies, procedures,and quality standards, contract specifications, timelines and applicable statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for complying with company Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures, including reporting any conditions that may impact the environment or any employee.

Maintain and work to the Quality System including, procedures and manuals. Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement to satisfy the customers of your processes.

Administer and manage the works contract between Otis and the customer.

Ensures that company vehicles, tools equipment and materials are correctly maintained.

Work with the Project Manager to ensure the project is installed on time and on budget

What you will need to be successful

Trade certificate in Mechanical Fitting or Electrical

Working safely at heights qualification

Basic rigging qualification

Proven planning and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
