We are seeking skilled professionals with Balance of Plant (BOP) Integrated Systems knowledge and strong leadership abilities. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in nuclear or DOE (Department of Energy) environments who are looking to join a reputable engineering team with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: + Perform electrical assembly and support integration of BOP systems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support remote operations and system-level integration. + Attend and contribute to virtual meetings (EST time zone coordination required). + Provide technical leadership and clear communication within project teams. + Ensure compliance with applicable DOE/nuclear standards and best practices. Requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field. + Experience with nuclear/DOE projects (required). + Intermediate-level knowledge of Balance of Plant (BOP) Integrated Systems. + Prior experience in a utility or energy-related environment (preferred). + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication. + Must be available for remote meetings within EST-friendly hours (±2–3 hours). + US-based candidates strongly preferred.
