Job Title: Engineering Coordinator
Job Description

As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing project documentation to understand scope and requirements, creating and coordinating drawings and technical details, identifying opportunities for cost and process improvements, ensuring timely procurement of materials, collaborating across teams to resolve design and field issues, supporting scheduling and coordination across multiple projects, monitoring progress and risks, and participating in planning and production meetings.

ResponsibilitiesReview project documentation to understand scope and requirements.Create and coordinate drawings and technical details.Identify opportunities for cost and process improvements.Ensure timely procurement of materials.Collaborate across teams to resolve design and field issues.Support scheduling and coordination across multiple projects.Monitor progress and risks.Participate in planning and production meetings.Essential SkillsProficient in AutoCAD, drafting, and designing.Mechanical design expertise.Familiarity with precast concrete and concrete materials.Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings.Proficient with Revit and similar design software.Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Windows.Familiar with Bluebeam.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.Work Environment

The company offers an open concept floor plan with collaborative desk spaces and abundant natural light. Employees enjoy a flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday for 45-50 hours with options to start between 7 AM and 8:30 AM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
