We are Siemens Mobility Customer Services! Due to the amount of work we have in the booming transportation industry, we have a position for a Mechanical Engineering co-op in our organization. Our Central Engineering department is responsible for the engineering of modifications, modernizations and upgrades for all of our trains and other rail vehicles.

Siemens Customer Service is seeking a co-op student in Mechanical Engineering. This position will gain exciting real-world engineering experience at a thriving company.

We frequently work in small teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, and learn from one another. The ideal intern for this environment will be enthusiastic and collaborative.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Document and create work instructions relating to the overhaul of rail vehicles Assist in rail vehicle equipment mechanical designs and modifications Support in the technical bid of maintenance and overhaul projects Work with Creo modelling software to create 3D models and fabrication drawings

You’ll Benefit From The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
 Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
