In this role you will: • Participate in and lead technical assignments related to manufacture and test of hardware • Have a hand in the manufacture, qualification, testing, and failure analysis for mechanical parts, materials and processes • Prepare technical and progress reports on assigned tasks, document inspections, tests and rework, report on M&P related manufacturing issues and progress, present to Failure Review Boards and provide feedback to program engineering teams We're looking for: • A self\-starter who develops solutions to technical issues • A motivated individual who's able to work closely within a geographically diverse team to resolve technical issues • Someone with the ability to handle shifting priorities, multiple projects and timeline pressure to meet deadlines • Someone comfortable with communicating in a variety of forums • Someone with the ability to work with management and program representatives at several levels **Basic Qualifications:** • Previous experience in the design, development, and integration of complex aerospace or defense systems • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical or systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools • Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and decision\-making skills • Exceptional communication \(written and verbal\), presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance \- must be a U\.S\.
