上記業務における3年以上の実務経験成形品設計経験, 機構設計経験

 

Hands on experience for three years or more in the above-mentioned serviceExperience in molded product design, experience in mechanical design

プロトタイプの製作と製造プロセスをサポートする為の、詳細なエンジニアリング図面、仕様、及び文書作成プラスチック、板金、鋳造部品に関する設計スキル機械システムとコンポーネントの構造的完全性、耐久性、性能を評価する為に、要素解析 (FEA) ツールを使用して静的解析、構造解析、および振動解析シミュレーションの実施経験機械製品およびコンポーネントの規制基準とコンプライアンス要件に関する知識ラピッドプロトタイピング（試作品を短時間で製造する）の経験3D プリントの知識品質管理システムの経験　ISO13485 及び FDACFR21.820 に準拠が望ましい該当する医療機器の製造/試験手順と製造プロセスを理解し、規制や基準に精通している事

 

Generate detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to support prototype fabrication and manufacturing processesPotential design skill with Plastic, Sheetmetal & Casting PartsExperience in conducting static analysis, Structural Analysis, and vibration analysis simulations using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools to assess structural integrity, durability, and performance of mechanical systems and componentsKnowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for mechanical products and components.Experience in Rapid prototyping for functional prototype developmentAwareness of 3D PrintingExperience with Quality Management Systems and complying with ISO13485 and FDACFR21.820 are preferable Understanding of applicable manufacturing/testing procedures of medical devices and manufacturing processes and familiar with regulations and standards
