Job Requirements

What You will Do:

Conduct FEA simulations on various mechanical components and systemsBuild, develop and implement simulation models and algorithmsAnalyze and interpret simulation resultsPost-process results to determine if products meet customer requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulations accurately reflect product behaviorCreate presentations and present for internal reviewsDesign and develop mechanical components, systems, and assembliesProduce detailed drawings and specifications using CAD softwareCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality control, and suppliersPerform basic stress and thermal analysis on designsParticipate in the testing and evaluation of prototypesEnsure designs are in compliance with industry standards and regulationsKeep up-to-date with latest industry developments and emerging simulation technologies

Work Experience

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related fieldStrong understanding of solid mechanics and finite element analysisProficiency in using simulation software such as ANSYS, NXStrong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and mechanical designProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ProEAbility to interpret and present simulation results effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProficient with Microsoft OS and Office productsAerospace industry knowledge a plus
