What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

Assist with design, prototyping, and development of new products and improvements to existing productsConduct required tests, collect data, and analyze results for new or existing productsDesign tests or test fixtures as neededRecognize and help with problem solving efforts in the Product Development Lab.Work with operations engineers to reduce costs and help improve quality of product

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience with 3D CAD software, Creo Parametric is a plusBasics of manufacturing processes such as welding, metal cutting and forming, painting and assemblyKnowledgeable in Engineering Mechanics and Strength of MaterialsStrong analytical and organizational skillsStrong leadership skills to lead a project and pull information from othersProblem solving skillsBasic understanding of hydraulic systems is preferredMechanical aptitude and hands-on mechanical skills preferredDemonstrated computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CreoUnderstanding of Lean ManufacturingAbility to work on multiple projects at one time

Payrange is $22.00 - $28.00 depending on level of college you have completed.
