Develop and enhance process flows and coordination across multiple manufacturing sites. **Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:** + **Develop solutions** to a variety of complex problems requiring independent judgment and ingenuity. + **Create and maintain** design calculation spreadsheets and templates in line with engineering principles, customer requirements, quality standards, and governing body specifications. + **Collaborate with sales engineering and project management** to define scope, review specifications, and publish work instructions for successful project completion. + **Work with design teams** to create and issue BOM development and other ERP tasks. + **Support manufacturing** by developing engineered solutions to ensure on-time delivery while meeting customer requirements and quality standards. + **Perform additional duties** as required for job completion and process development. **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_** + Must be able to work **eight (8) hours per day** , **five (5) days per week** on-site. + Work will be conducted in a **mixture of office and manufacturing environments** . + **Flexibility** to adapt to varying conditions and tasks as required **_Your Experience Should Be..._** Preferred candidate will have entry level (1-3 years) experience working in related field.
