Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Engineer where you will apply your expertise in mechanical systems and contribute to product development from concept through research, prototyping, and launch. You will be responsible for updating existing designs and ensuring successful product lifecycle management.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate and improve existing mechanical designs.Develop products from concept through research, prototyping, and launch.Create and execute test plans for mechanical systems.Manage documentation and ensure accurate bill of materials.Oversee parts management and utilize product lifecycle management tools.Collaborate with technicians to ensure test plans are executed effectively.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering.Proficient in SolidWorks and product design.Experience with finite element analysis (FEA).Strong organizational and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience with mechanical systems.Knowledge in ElectroMechanical systems preferred.Work Environment
This role is based in an office setting at the corporate site. You will have the opportunity to advance your knowledge in different product areas and potentially secure a permanent position based on performance.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.05 - $48.08/hr.
