Job Description

We are seeking a talented Solidworks Designer to join our team, responsible for both design and project management. The role involves evaluating incoming projects and deciding whether to outsource to India or manage them in-house with our designers and engineering team. Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering, the position involves the design, development, and analysis of both new and existing products.

The candidate will communicate with the Project Engineer to determine which projects to manage in-house. The role involves working closely with customers, managing custom designs from start to finish, and involves 50% design and 50% project management. The work environment is collaborative and dynamic, fostering innovation and teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.25/hr.
