Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to support equipment and process improvements throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing equipment process improvements, such as conveyors, robot cells, lifters, rack storage, and test cells, to enhance efficiency. This role involves managing projects for improvement, including budgeting and tracking, as well as supporting the maintenance team and assisting with equipment escalations that require problem-solving.

The position is typically 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, in a 24/7 facility. While off-shift work is rare, it may be required during large project installations or facility shutdowns in July and December. The facility has recently undergone changes at the management level, offering a dynamic work environment with a focus on project improvements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
