Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and optimizing processes for large scale manufacturing, planning and testing production methods, and overseeing facility operations. This role involves a combination of research, data analysis, and hands on work to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the production of chemical products. Lead the architecture and design of Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements. + Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for PLM processes and workflows. + Define and implement Windchill PDMLink and MPMLink configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs. + Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.). + Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized. + Conduct system performance analysis and implement optimizations as needed. + Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices. + Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, science or a related technical field required. + 3+ years' experience in the use of PTC Windchill required, and strong familiarity with the most current Product Lifecycle Management systems and methods, CAD systems and tools, project management, content management systems, and IT systems communication/interactions + Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Industrial Product Design Engineering with processes/systems. + Preferred three (3) or more years of experience in the use, implementation, configuring, testing, administration of PTC Creo Parametric. + Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate technology concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences + Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary and virtual teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals, including procedures to subordinate engineers with various skill sets + Articulate and skillful at creating regular written information outputs – English language fluency. + Demonstrate tool expertise in Microsoft suite, Creo/PDMLInk, configured product. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
