**Required Skills**

* Familiarity with information flow and workflow in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of metal fabrication processes (laser, welding, forming, etc.)
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask
* Solid modeling or CAD capability
* NC programming skills, specifically for lasers and turret press machines
* Proficient in MS Office tools for file management and organization

**Nice to Have Skills**

* Experience with estimating cost of customer fabricated parts from provided drawings
* Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings

**Preferred Education and Experience**

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
