Design & Development of devices (3D and 2D)
3D Design for structural frameworks, enclosures, electrical installations updates…
3D Design Turnkey
Pre project 3D studies
2D drawings for data received or 3D created
Develop internal products/families as Standard devices
Safety & Compliance
Perform risk assessments
FMEA studies
FEA Analysis
Perform stress analysis (FEA), thermal analysis, and material selection.
Documentation & Compliance
Develop mechanical documentation, including:
User manuals.
BOM & drawings packages
Technical data
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.
Pneumatic/Hydraulic
Design pneumatic and hydraulic schemes
On-Site Support (through short-term visits)
Travel to customer sites for Assembly follow up, debugging and machine qualification.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting as required.
Additionally, the role requires the following experience,
