This role is responsible for transforming complex technical tasks from Sales, Product Development (PD), and Product Management (PM) into suitable solutions. From offer creation to the finished solution, you will manage the entire process. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with product norms and regulations and optimize processes within the team and the entire product workflow. **Responsibilities:** **35% Technical Expertise** + Provide Advanced Technical Support: Offer in-depth technical assistance to resolve complex product-related issues. + Knowledge about Norms and regulations + Product Customization: Support and guide the development of customized solutions tailored to specific customer needs. + Technical Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. **10% Business Development** + Support Sales Efforts: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical insights that drive sales of customized solutions. + Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure our products meet their expectations. **30% Training and Mentorship** + Train the Trainer Programs: Develop and lead training programs for internal staff and external partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively promote and support our products. + Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior technical staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. **15% Innovation and Improvement** + Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product and process improvements, leveraging customer feedback and market research to drive innovation. + Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge. + Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. **5% Compliance and Standards** + Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and technical solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. + Technical Standards: Follow and maintain internal technical standards and best practices **5% Presentation and Network** + Present in front of colleagues and customers + Working in a cross divisional network with colleagues of different cultures all around the globe. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred. + Experience in a technical role, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries. + Demonstrated experience in product development, technical support, or a similar role. + Proven experience in engaging with customers to understand and meet their technical needs. + Deep technical knowledge of the relevant product domain, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and address technical challenges. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. + Experience managing or participating in cross-functional projects, with strong organizational and project management skills. + Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. + Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs. + Certifications (Preferred but not Required): + Professional certifications related to the industry or product domain (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, relevant technical certifications). **Other Requirements:** + Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. + Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, or collaborate with global teams. + Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. **Day-to-Day Benefits:** + Diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums offering colleagues a safe place to connect and share openly. + If you’ll be working from your home office, we’ll make sure you are well equipped with a good workstation.
