Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Support the salesperson by analyzing customers’ technical needs and developing proposals that show how KONE’s solutions address those needs.
Serve as the main technical contact for customers and participate in planning/specification meetings when required.
Technical Sales Support
Provide technical and cost estimation support throughout the sales process.
Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing team, and local subcontractors.
Be fully accountable for the engineering of solutions that meet all applicable codes, safety regulations, and standards.
Technical Support in the Delivery Process
Ensure technical accuracy of engineered solutions during the delivery phase.
Organize and manage all order documentation and confirmations.
Handle technical drawings and related project documents.
Skills and Experience Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Fluent in written and spoken English
