Kforce has a client in Fremont, CA that is seeking a Mechanical Engineer 3. This role involves simulation support for design validation, optimization as well as testing and data collection. The Mechanical Engineer will provide the crucial design information needed to shape our technology's packaging. In this role, the Engineer will directly contribute to Etch Engineering. Duties: * Designs and analyzes mechanical systems, equipment and packaging * Conducts simulation support (structural, thermal/flow analysis etc.) for design validation, optimization as well as testing and data collection * Conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs * Directs support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication
