**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Member of mechanical engineering team, responsible for improving existing products. Cooperate and collaborate with international engineering teams. Work closely with all other functions to ensure product performance, quality, adaptability, cost, and all improvements required by business.
+ Interacts on a regular basis with other functional groups and customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters. May be assigned project leader role involving coordination of manufacturing, quality, and purchasing activities on assigned projects. Assists Marketing by providing technical, cost, and schedule information. Cost estimates are normally reviewed by supervisor. May have extensive interaction with customers regarding technical aspects of project. Contacts may be unsupervised. Recommends resource commitments to customer and vendors.
+ Prepares detailed plans, generally spanning several months, necessary to complete assigned projects. Develops and approves schedule achievements. Develops and coordinates workforce, facility, and equipment requirements for assigned projects.
+ Coordinates technical procedures. Assures Engineering Information System (EIS), Drafting Standard, and other design standards are met. Approves drawings and BOM’s Acts as design engineering member of Material Review Board. Initiates and approves engineering change authorization.
+ Accurately manage the technical documents related to product development and projects, and the relevant technical files should be archived in a timely manner.
+ Through CIP, always strive to align with ISO 9001/14001/45001 in everything we do every day; having Think-Customer in mind.

**For This Role You Will Need:**
+ A minimum of 5 years of working experience, in mechanical design related areas. At least one successful project.
+ Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Mechanical from an engineering school. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Must communicate in English, reading/writing required, listening/speaking preferred.
+ Strong mechanical competence, experience in 3D/2D (Pro/E preferred).
+ Knowledge of product development processes, engineering changes, documentation, bills of material, stage gate development process.
+ Great teammate, good ability to work well within a team and with others.
+ Fast study ability; can work independently with minimal instruction.
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
+ Pro-active in taking ownerships and tasks.
+ Must be willing to speak up and ask questions when uncertain about assignments or tasks.
