We are a full-service MEP firm specializing in plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, ductwork, and sprinkler systems for residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Drafter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on greater responsibility within a dynamic team. ResponsibilitiesTranslate redlines, sketches, and verbal instructions into accurate AutoCAD and Revit drawingsDraft plumbing and fire protection layouts using CAD and Revit toolsAttend jobsite meetings and oversee scope executionManage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and take-offsSupport budgeting efforts to keep projects on track and under budgetOversee HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations in commercial buildingsRequired Skills5+ years of MEP design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD and RevitStrong skills in model/paper space, layer management, and dynamic block creationRevit experience including electrical systems and family creation/modificationSolid understanding of X-Refs and CAD standardsStrong communication and team collaboration abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Preferred QualificationsCAD or Revit certificationExperience with commercial, hospital, school, and retail projectsFamiliarity with electrical systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
