• Conducting performance assessments, salary planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions
• Developing engineering competency and promoting customer focus
• Supporting program development and execution of program requirements
• Ensuring adherence to engineering development processes and serving as the technical conscience for your program

- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams - Full Lifecycle Development Experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs
- BS Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
