Creating Drill Bit Design and manufacturing packages utilizing 3-D modelling and data management systemsInterfacing with Product Line Management, Operations, Manufacturing, and Technology groups to improve product performance and process efficiencyDocumenting and sharing lessons learned, with cross functional groupsSupporting Manufacturing with problem solving and issue resolutionConducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, and applicable processes for HSE, Quality, Legal Compliance and Cultural pillars

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college1-3 years of experience​Have experience with 3D CAD systemsAwareness of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) principlesBe able to select engineering techniques and utilize analysis tools to solve problems and makes sound design recommendationsBe familiar with mechanical component designs and applied methodsDrive consistent usage of product design standards (and support updates)Fluent in English, for both oral and written
