In this role, you will flawlessly contribute to the development of powerful mechanical components, ensuring the success of our groundbreaking products!
**A day in the Life:**
You will design and develop mechanical parts, including assemblies for high vacuum and ion optical parts. You will work alongside highly motivated, multinational and interdisciplinary teams. Your daily tasks will include:
+ Actively participating in product development and project planning.
+ Preparing production documentation and test procedures.
+ Installing and testing developed mechanical parts on mass spectrometers.
+ Engaging in on-the-bench and in-system design verification.
+ Calculating product and process costs.
+ Providing technical support to suppliers.
+ Managing Engineering Change Orders and Quality Control during product commercialization.
**Keys to Success:**
+ Degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
+ 2+ years in mechanical design and assembly
+ Strong knowledge of product development tools and processes
+ Proficiency in 3D modeling—SolidWorks preferred
+ Experience with ‘should cost’ analysis
+ Cost-conscious, hands-on, and solutions-driven approach
+ Team player with great communication skills
+ Eagerness to learn and grow
+ Fluent in English; conversational knowledge of Czech and skilled in Windows/Office tools
