Job Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Structure design of locomotive in Car body, Cooling structure, Cabin structure. Hands on Experience on Design principle of structure and sheet metal design.Should be Expert in material selection, steel plate selection, welding symbol.Should be Expert in Sheetmetal and structure modelling and drawing creation.Should be able to read, understand and interpret the FEA reports, Must be able to work with Suppliers, Buyers, provide engineering support required to develop the parts.Must be a good team player, provide technical supports in day -day activities, Should be able to take individual design decisions.Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD &T) and Tolerance Stack up analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Expert level - UG NX/UnigraphicsExpert Level – Teamcenter

Work Experience
Qualification requirement:Post-Graduation/Master’s degree/Bachelor’s Mechanical degree in engineering.Experience or understanding of the railway / Locomotive industry, with a preference for 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
