The Mechanical Design and Documentation Engineer is responsible for the mechanical design of analytical systems, creation of the technical drawings and documentation as per customer and project requirements, both for production and final customer documentation package! The Mechanical Engineer uses 2-D/3-D/Proven modeling (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) computer assisted engineering design software to perform engineering and design tasks for new solutions as well as modifications to existing solutions!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Prepares and updates the documentation for projects in accordance with the specifications received from the technical department respecting the company's procedures; Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD to model mechanical components and build detailed 2D and 3D drawings as required to define the design, technical drawings, and bill of materials; Prepares production and customer drawings: P&IDs, general arrangements (GA) and manufacturing drawings; Work with production to optimize design for manufacturing from concept stage; Creation of the technical documentation as per customer and project requirements, both for production and final customer documentation; Ensures that files and design information are updated and stored according to departmental procedures, keeps track of comments both internal review and those received from the client; Work closely with the other departments (production, sales, quotations, admin, etc.) to ensure that systems are crafted accurately and to provide the vital support; Keep copies of documents in electronic format; Ensures that all rules and requirements specific to quality and presentation standards are respected; Work on multiple projects at the same time.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Education in Mechanics and work experience in technical documentation or equivalent; Minimum 1 year proven experience; Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects at the same time, while maintaining a high level of communication; Proficient in both written and spoken English; Excellent knowledge of a 2D/3D design tool; Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Increased attention to detail; Curiosity about learning about new technologies; Good technical understanding.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
