We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.

The Mechanical Assembler works with complex components per the mechanical drawings and/or bill of material.
As a Safety Valve Assembler, you will be responsible for:
• Locating, using, and comprehending manufacturer installation and operation manuals
• Performing inspection to identify necessary corrective action as authorized
• Performing PMI
• Assembling, testing, and troubleshooting valves and other equipment per applicable codes and standards per manufacturer and/or customer requirements all new valves
• Installing instrumentation/accessories as necessary
• Operating diagnostic equipment (i.e. Valscope, profiler, etc.)
• Performing calibration of measurement equipment in accordance with internal quality procedures
• Measuring and recording critical dimensions per manufacturer specifications
