Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 45–50 hours/week
About the RoleJoin a growing team as a Mechanical Assembler specializing in the fabrication and assembly of custom trailers and vehicle equipment for law enforcement, fire departments, and military use. You’ll be building Extendobeds—custom drawer systems designed to organize tools and supplies in emergency vehicles.
Initial interviews will be held at our Boise facility, with operations transitioning to Nampa as we expand.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble metal components into final products, including Extendobed systems.Perform drilling, sawing (wood and metal), riveting, and light metal fabrication.Install decks, drawers, slides, and accessories.Crate and prepare products for shipment.Use hand and power tools: panel saws, table saws, staple guns, drills.Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and basic math.Safely lift and handle items up to 75 lbs.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in mechanical assembly and fabrication.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.Background in carpentry, metalworking, or general production.Knowledge of light metal fabrication techniques is a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive Pay: Start at \\$19.50/hr with structured increases to \\$21.50/hr.Paid Time Off: 10 holidays + your birthday + a mental health day.Health Benefits: Company-paid HSA card.Wellness Perks: \\$600/year in “Better Me Bucks.”Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 3% company contribution—no employee match required.Work EnvironmentWork in a welding and fabrication shop with dedicated bays for trailer and Extendobed production.
