ResponsibilitiesAs an Estimator, your key responsibilities will include actively recruiting sub-contractors and track area sub-contract costs input and update all opportunities into the project management system database. This individual will be responsible for procuring all plans and specifications for all projects accepted by management. Other responsibilities will include maintaining an estimating database of history and costs, obtaining all required project information by conducting site visits, developing job estimates and budgets, assembling and completing bid document packages, and submitting proposals bids to the customers. QualificationsThe successful candidate must possess a related diploma from a college or technical school and have 5 years of experience in pipefitting estimating. Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Project Database Tracking Microsoft Access. Microsoft Project.
