As a Mechanical, Customer Order Engineer – Subsea Wellhead and Casing, you'll work on short/long-term assignments aimed at developing new and improving existing designs, supporting activities, and resolving field issues. You'll be capable of undertaking design, validation & verification activities on Oil & Gas equipment.
As a Mechanical, Customer Order Engineer - Subsea Wellhead and Casing, you will be responsible for:
Day to Day Engineering plant support, resolving non conformances
Investigating deviations from operational, safety, or quality standards to identify underlying causes.
Developing and implementing corrective actions to fix the issue and preventive measures to stop recurrence with collaborations with cross-functional teams to ensure quick and lasting resolutions.
Presenting technical data and solutions in an accessible format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Using learnings from non-conformances to drive process upgrades and equipment reliability.
Undertaking mechanical engineering activities from customer requirements, developing into design specifications, verifying and converting into manufacturing/operating specifications.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Have demonstrate proven experience in mechanical engineering in Oil & Gas engineering or other related fields. (open to fresh graduate as well)
Have knowledge of HSE requirements and ability to follow policies & procedures and awareness of industry standards.
Be familiar with troubleshooting tools and methodologies and able to interpret technical drawings, and use data to drive decisions
Have demonstrate proficient using MS Office applications, MathCad, AutoCAD, CreO/ProE (or equivalent 3D Modelling).
Have display good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
Be capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing non-conformance cases, and managing resolution timelines efficiently
