Job details Seal Repair Technician is responsible for all processes related to disassembly and assembly or rotating equipment. The Seal Repair Technician follows instructions from a Repair job packet and router to perform DCI (Dismantle, Clean and Inspect) and gives a written description of the wear and condition of critical components seals.

* Complete all inspection forms taking pictures of all critical components and uses inspection inspection equipment for proper documentation
*With assistance, identifies, inspects and evaluate material returned; determine repair operations; perform simple shop operations; verify specifications; initiate work and purchase orders.
*Identify and inspects all material returned
*Ensure all components are properly cleaned and free from foreign material
*Perform the assembly the assembly of the seal once the repair has been released
*Repair returned seals and seal parts

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
*Experience with mechanical seals preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in mechanical assembly positions
