**Job Overview** At Weatherford, we are seeking a skilled Mechanic experienced in Hydraulic Systems (Crane, Rig, etc.) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to repair, install, adjust, and maintain industrial machinery systems both in the field and in the shop, adhering to Weatherford's guidelines and standards. The Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment, **Responsibilities** + Repair, install, adjust or maintain industrial machinery systems in the field and shop + Carry out repair and maintenance operations on rental equipment per manufacturer specifications + Maintain clear and concise records of all maintenance work + Ensure QA systems are applied and implemented by following company procedures **Requirements** + You hold a valid driver's license and can work flexible schedules + You possess basic computer skills and can learn our operating systems + You have general electronic and hydraulic knowledge theory + Have good verbal and written communication skills + Ability to read various types of drawings and schematics and clearly + Ability to effectively communicate, comprehend direction using the English language + Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Weatherford's Security, Compliance, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices. + Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and environmental protection as core values, never intentionally placing employees, processes, customers, or communities at risk. + Seek continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Security, and environmental protection, considering responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer, and employee inputs, knowledge, technology, and best business practices to exceed customer expectations. + Demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and visitors on Weatherford premises (for supervisors and managers). **Education** Required: 2 years of technical training or equivalent. **Certifications/Skills** + Operation of counterbalance forklift trucks (preferred). + Overhead crane certificates (preferred). + Manual Handling training (preferred). **Compensation** Weatherford offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
