Prestage Farms is seeking an experienced and dependable Mechanic with a solid background in diagnostics to join our Prestage team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with general mechanical expertise who also excels at troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in both gasoline and diesel vehicles.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with an emphasis on identifying problems quickly and accurately using modern diagnostic tools and your in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in gas and diesel vehicles Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical problems Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Accurately document repairs and follow company procedures and safety guidelines
