Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Advanced Diagnostics Repair: Independently troubleshoot and repair complex electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical malfunctions in computer-controlled electronics and subsystems to restore optimal performancePrecision Testing Calibration: Utilize advanced test equipment—oscilloscopes, voltmeters, laser tools, and more—to diagnose issues, calibrate systems, and verify subsystem integrationMechanical Maintenance Assembly: Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery using conventional tools and methods, ensuring alignment with OEM (Origi specificationsCollaboration Communication: Work closely with Maintenance Management to report issues, recommend repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operational practicesEquipment Operation: Safely operate cranes, forklifts, lifts, and heavy machinery during equipment setup, repair, and maintenance tasksDocumentation Compliance: Accurately document all maintenance activities and ensure adherence to standard procedures and quality standardsWhat you need to be successful:
A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is requiredMinimum 1 year diversified industrial machine repair or related experience is requiredA thorough understanding of a broad range of electronic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles and their application to machine tools and factory equipment is requiredAbility to use blueprints and schematic materials as well as using a range of machine diagnostic equipment is neededWhy join us?
