We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented expert who can accurately measure windows and doors, assess job sites, and perform service work as needed. Your work sets the foundation for a flawless customer experience—and we’ll give you the tools, support, and team to succeed.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
Accurately measure windows and doors for upcoming installation projects
Perform on-site service and minor repairs for windows and doors
Assess job sites and identify any potential installation issues
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about project details
Maintain detailed and organized records using internal systems
Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure project readiness
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in construction or window and door installation
Hands-on installation experience strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and measuring accuracy
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Computer literate and able to document jobs digitally
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
