As a Solution Engineer Manager in the Majors Growth segment, you will lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers (SEs) to drive AI transformation, accelerate core business growth, and deliver technical excellence across strategic accounts. You will coach and empower your team to win technical decisions, deliver compelling customer experiences, and execute with operational rigor. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping Microsoft’s AI and cloud adoption strategy in the enterprise space
