Your role:
You will be responsible for the Remote Services tasks in MEA
You will actively supporting the Remote Services activities in Egypt
Finding, designing, and implementing innovative solutions for SRS, RuH and Remote Services
As a Remote Services Specialist, you will cooperate intensively in the entire MEA countries with:
Remote Services Specialists in MEA
Service Operations and Customer Care Center teams
Field customer Service Engineers to support them on technical issues
Relevant Headquarter Remote Services partners
Be accountable for Connectivity targets in the respective area
Identifying appropriate measures to support and empower the customers to drive connectivity
Monitors and analyzes the progress of Remote Services tasks in respective area
Frequent communication and follow up on all pending Remote Services topics (e. g. new connections, lost connections, etc.)
Proactively monitoring the SRS, RuH and Remote Services connections and ensure the RuH readiness of all connected systems
Frequent monitoring of remote updates and initiating proactively necessary steps to perform the updates remotely
Your qualifications and experience:
Technical Degree in electronics or telecommunication or similar field
3 - 5 year’s experience in healthcare industry is a plus
Strong knowledge of medical device networking
Ability to work with cross functional teams and processes
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of remote connectivity is a plus
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must
Your attributes and skills:
Self-motivated and driven to achieve business success.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge and experience in tender processes.
Expertise in MR product portfolios and clinical marketing within a B2B healthcare environment.
Ability to think strategically, take initiative, and drive innovation.
Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region.
