YOUR ROLE

As a ME Engineer on our team, you’ll be:

Responsible for the production processes and the products produced in the respective production areaElaborating of the production process, preparation of the necessary documentationDefining process characteristics / settings, ensuring their correctness continuouslyPreparing of flowcharts, technological instructions, participation in the writing of production documents to be prepared in groups (e.g. FMEA)Participating in quality and efficiency analyses, developing and implementing modifications for continuous improvementParticipating in the implementation of the necessary corrective measuresParticipating in solving quality problems that arise during productionElaboration and introduction of processes, analyses, modificationsOrganization and management of trial productionProduction supportPreparation and implementation of a maintenance plan.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Education - Advanced Engineering - Electrical or mechanical engineering degreeKnowledge of production processesKnowledge of today's production preparation and support toolsProject management practiceComputer Handling PracticeQuality knowledge: TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001, 8D/LynxMFG/Pro knowledgeParticipating in teamworkProblem-Analysis and Problem-Solving SkillsAbility to work independentlyGood expressiveness both in writing and orallyForeign language skills (intermediate level of English).
