Riverside Landing is seeking an experienced, dedicated RN MDS Nurse to fill a vital role at their facility. We are seeking individuals who have previous experience as an RN MDS Nurse in a long-term care setting.

Responsible for the completion and accuracy of MDS and the CAA summary sheet. Responsible for MDS scheduling. Responsible for the initial, quarterly and yearly MDS reviews and those done to reflect a major change in the Resident’s status when a significant change appears. Responsible for reviewing Medicare and Medicaid required documentation. Responsible for Medicare and Managed Care determination and ongoing documentation of same including communication with insurance companies. Responsible for providing required documentation to insurance/managed care companies used to justify approval of continuing skilled care services.
