This position is for a remote MDS position who will work remote to offer MDS report to 14 buildings in the Louisiana region.
This position will be hourly pay at 40 hours per week and report to our Vice President of Casemix and Reimbursement.
Starting rate will depend on licensure (LPN/RN needed) and experience, which must include at least 5 years current MDS and PDPM experience .

Requirements:

Current RN or LVN/LPN license in state of practice Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 1+ years of experience in skilled nursing facility with previous experience in completing MDSs and Care Plans as an MDS Coordinator Demonstrated proficiency in the RAI / PPS processes Strong attention to detail, documentation, and resident assessment skills Good communication, organizational, and computer skills
