**In this role, you will:** · Lead the design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions to enhance data management capabilities. · Oversee the development and deployment of MDM Entity360 and IDD to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. · Provide technical expertise in Informatica Active VOS to automate and optimize business processes. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MDM architecture with organizational goals. · Ensure the MDM Hub Console is effectively utilized for data governance and quality management. · Drive the adoption of best practices in MDM to improve data accuracy and consistency across the supply chain. · Analyze supply chain processes in the consumer goods sector to identify opportunities for improvement. · Develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency using advanced MDM techniques. · Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation of MDM solutions. · Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. · Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
