Job Title: MDM Ops
A MDM Developer is responsible for building and maintaining reliable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of core enterprise data. The role involves working with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to configure and support MDM platforms like Reltio. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in match/merge rules, data modelling, hierarchy management, and API-based integrations. This role also includes ensuring data quality, enabling stewardship workflows, and supporting the overall data governance strategy. The MDM Developer plays a vital role in enabling a unified view of business-critical data domains such as customer, product, and healthcare provider.
What you’ll be doing:
Monitor and maintain Reltio MDM platform health, job execution, performance, and SLAs.
Manage and triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
Communicate operational issues and resolutions with business and IT stakeholders.
Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patching, and system lifecycle activities.
Implement AI-augmented automation to proactively detect anomalies, reduce manual effort, and accelerate incident resolution.
Create scripts and workflows to automate operational processes and data validations.
Support configuration changes, job scheduling, reference data updates, and access control.
Partner with data governance and engineering teams to maintain data quality and integrity.
Maintain documentation on operations processes, workflows, and knowledge articles.
How You Will Succeed:

What You should Bring:

Resolve tickets based on defined SLAs, ensuring timely closure and stakeholder updates.
Communicate operational issues and resolutions with business and IT stakeholders.

Implement AI-augmented automation to proactively detect anomalies, reduce manual effort, and accelerate incident resolution.
Create scripts and workflows to automate operational processes and data validations.

Maintain documentation on operations processes, workflows, ticket handling SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Basic Qualifications and Experience Requirement:
5–8 years of experience in data management or data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Reltio MDM solutions.
Proficiency in configuring Reltio data models, entities, relationships, attributes, and reference data sets.
Strong knowledge of match/merge rules, survivorship logic, crosswalks, and data quality configurations within Reltio.
Experience integrating Reltio with external systems using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), or ETL tools.
Familiarity with JSON-based configuration files, Reltio Console, and data load utilities.
Understanding of data governance and stewardship workflows within the Reltio platform.
Experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) with familiarity in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing Reference Data Management (RDM), User Management, UI Config, handling LCA and Workflow
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Domain experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical ( Customer Master, Product Master, Alignment Master, Activity, Consent etc. ), or regulated industries is a plus.
Partner with and influence vendor resources on solution development to ensure understanding of data and technical direction for solutions as well as delivery
Experience working with Reltio Integration Hub
Reltio Certified Developer or Reltio Platform Certification
